Well legally...they can't...the contracts they had people sign were not only full of non legal obligations but also were unfortunately for niji worded in such a way that after the talent is fired the contract ends...thus it no longer binds. They just said they were still under nda to scare em but according to the leaked contracts they were already free of that when let go from the company. Legal Mindset channel went over the contract from niji in some videos almost a year ago if you wanna check it out.

@@jrmthk Michi mentioned in the past that after she left the old place they typo'd her name on the NDA they sent her, she sent it back requesting correction and they just ghosted her, so technically she's not under NDA. That said, she's still very cautious and tries to avoid stepping on toes.
