No idea. Don’t even no the temp on it but I will say after a 6mile ride full out the rear motor wasn’t hot. It was Luke warm.

Where I am from the lady is in the right with direction she's walking so she can spot hazards /on coming people where as other side she would get caught out from behind. That being said it is always wiser to not walk on cycle path.

In the bike lane yes up to 28mph here in california. You can ride in the lane again up yo 28mph if no bike lane is available on the far right lane

How long and often are you using the 72v now ? Im still considering it, but i seen a thing somewhere where someones battery pack went on fire. If I am not an everyday driver and no experience on mopeds/ebike/scooters/motors should i stick with the stock battery / voltage?

I use 72v bikes each and everyday. All my bikes have been upgraded to do 50+ it’s easy to do just get used to it overtime.
