André Lhote

André Lhote, born in Bordeaux on July 5, 1885 and died in Paris 16th on January 24, 1962, is a French painter, engraver, illustrator, art theorist and teacher.
He is one of the representatives of the Cubist movement.

Such a wonderful channel - bringing us lesser known artists - a real retrospective - along with some of the world's greatest music (and lesser heard repertoire sometimes too!). There is so much in this painter's work - yes! Elements of Gris, Picasso, Cézanne, beautiful work for sure.
