great video...but. On all hardware, the lock washer goes on first, then the flat washer. the flat washer should always go against the surface. The lock washer works a a spring force between the flat washer and bolt head or nut.

Terrific video! Followed your step by step instructions for a Black Ops 4500 winch on a 2019 XP 4 1000 Turbo. Installing the bolts on the mounting plate and winch took some patients, but I knew what to anticipate as you described during your installation comments. I ordered the mounting plate for my model and everything worked perfect including the rocker switch in the factory slot.

Great Video, helped a lot. Installed mine on a 2019 XP 1000 Dynamix, was basically the same install, just had to go around a lot more wiring with my Command Ride. Also did not mess with the front diff line or brake line, easily worked around it.

I have a 900s and my solenoid in my kit looks like that. Biggest pain in the a** I've ever seen. 1 of the battery lugs make it impossible to get a screwdriver on the screw head if youre using machine screws and nuts! And to put a screw or bolt in from the underside it better be the right length or you can't get the nut on ! If i hadn't cut my battery cables to length already i would return my kit.

You need the vehicle specific mounting kit.
