you need to contact them, and ask for support. they have ability to check what is wrong on your end or super box end.

Did you resolve this issue, and what was the resolution. Did your ISP decide that they wont support an internet connection to this device? I have Commiecast and would expect they would do that.

As per the author of this video, even though the tech. spec. says that this s4 pro box supports 4K resolution but in actuality it doesn't, right?

Basically, the box can provide 4K resolution as OS but channels are HD and not true UHD.

it will not work, due to security reasons, if that is enabled you can copy there secret codes.

No that 2gb is enough, the GPU will decode the picture and the iptv portion is HD anyways. So that is more then enough.
