So my guess Bugatti tested and probably on their closed circuit and nobody to be officially "time keep". However I dont doubt Bugatti is doing something to get record back from Koenigsegg. And we also yet to see what Jesko can do, because right now it's all words and promises on paper from Koenigsegg. I cant wait to see who is next top speed holder

Well it weights a lot so what matters is power to weight ratio. For example u can put 2000hp in a Plymouth GTX and it still wouldn't be faster then a lighter car with a better power to weight ratio.
