I've found that process of elimination works great. Especially when tracing schematics looking for electrical gremlins. Go over what works and you'll find the issue everytime.

I had an innovate Wb in my turbo miata it had some kind of safeboost thing if it was over x boost it will cut it some how not sure how but it did. Replaced with aem wb issues gone.

What’s happening is the belt is hitting the tensioner under load/high rpm you need to get a smaller top idler pulley. Also check the tightness on that upper idler pulley.looks like it been rubbing on the bracket

I noticed that the Rotrex is sitting really low in the engine bay. The Rotrex manual says that the physical supercharger itself should be the highest point in the Rotrex oiling system. I can see that the oil canister is way up top in the engine bay.

Dunno if this is useful but personally the problem could be the alternator I'd disconnect it do a run then see the verdict it could be possible that the alternator is putting out too much positive charge and the battery is receiving a positive charge higher than its rating parameters allow after that I'd try a different battery and alternator then go from there also Brent what a guy you are you just prove that the little things in life bring just as much enjoyment as anything despite its materialistic value whether it's cheap or expensive does not matter Brent appreciates everything in the same way keep it up brent you're an amazing guy!! ✊👍

ofc the battery seems to be the issue but a good way that you could of tested on the spot would be to turn everything on that uses electric, hazard lights, blower on full, headlights full beam, radio, lights in the car etc. then do a dyno pull and if it cut it at a lower rpm I would guess closer to the 7000 rpm then you know 100%.

That battery is the best money can buy, that company invented optimas tech b4 they sold out to China, their tiny Batts produce 800+CCR, the problem was that he mounted it like shit, obviously or else a fucking metal stud wouldn't have broke off lol. I would still buy bigger but that's just me.

This video just diagnosed my srt4. It was doing the same thing. Car would just lose all power at 5-5500 rpm. Turns out my alternator was bad.

This is what I suggested to Kyle at IFO Vegas. Get some headsets (David Clark, etc.) with audio and include that in the videos. I know it's a bit of a hassle for editing the video's but damn it's cool to be able to hear you guys chatting and not yelling during runs.. Connect them up to your phone and then you can connect them all to a single discord chat channel. BUT I didn't realize Brent would abuse them and annoy everyone in the shop.. lol "Roger roger.. doctor doctor.. Negative Ghostrider the pattern is full."

He should get a grooved tensioner pulley that is made for 4 rib belt. The tensioner pulley will guide the belt better than just the crank pulley. Go to napa and they can look them up by size, hole size, and outer diameter. Belt is probably slipping

If these engines have distributors, how can you change timing through the ECU? Does it have magnets on the distributor besides the springs that increase timing with rpms?

I feel bad for the supercharger guys, such a fight but by this point they are so invested it's hard to change directions. Sure there is a wonderful time and a place for a supercharger but I just don't see them working terribly well, very often in the import world. When there are turbos out there so easy and cheap now a days it just is hard to watch the frustration.
