There's some visual glitch that made the door look unsync that I think is caused by a slow computer. I'm sus of the door, about the size being small while being observerless, so this is actually day 3 or 4 of waiting for the tutorial/download. Did you really just used the g4mespeed mod without crediting in the description?!

Oh right! I got used to that mod so much that I forgot about that. Thanks for reminding! Btw the visual glitch is caused by optifine being together with the mod.
