Supercharging a Toyota FJ40 LandCruiser // Part 2

Hello everyone! Today I am going to finish the project I started on my Dad's 1979 Toyota Fj40 LandCruiser. In the first video I plasma cut out a bracket to mount the supercharger and got it to spin of the engine. In this video I piped the outlet of the charger into the 2 barrel webber carb and did some tuning to make it run awesome! I hope you guys enjoy the video and the work I put into it! For no more than they cost, get yourself a wideband O2 sensor and watch your AFR's. Excellent work fitting the supercharger.

Wow man you got skills buddy, love the work. Suggest adding a wideband 02 kit to the header to monitor AFR’s, can monitor on your phone, would make tuning the carb much easier.

My grandpa had the exact FJ40 in the same color and everything. Brought back a lot of memories. Nice job fitting up the compressor. Best thing to do with those stupid smog pumps next to deleting them is repurposing the mount for a blower.🤣😁 Nice work👍👍 What did you go with for a pump? Walbro 255lph or Bosch 044 are probably the best off-the-shelf pumps that are readily available and affordable.
