Starting from the first time I saw pppp at peach fest like 2015 play the side stage as soon as I got close enough to hear the music it completely took over my body and was just like omfg who are these guys???? Then from the. Have seen em 6-8 times and this year's peach sets really fuckin blew my mind in how much they have put into their originality live performances. It's been amazing to see their well deserved acceptance and appreciation. Something inside feels like they're the new generation dead and Phish in a way. They have the evergrowing and expanding dedicated fanbase to do it with. All the mechanics are there. Their first night midnight thursday night set was honestly a bug highlight for me, toss up between pppp or JRAD. Loved an equal amount of things from both independently that don't necessarily overweigh the others. All n all they're next up 😅🤣🤘🙏

not even trying to be critical here, but do most PPPP fans know the Grateful Dead or more so Zeppelin? seems like every PPPP fan I've met are very young and don't really seem to be into much other than PPPP. I know they're well established in the jam scene, but they seem to have evolved into their own entity (good on them) and as a result, the fans ive met recently seem to have tunnel vision. does any of this even matter? no...I'm just curious. I'm not a hater. I even drove from Hartford CT to see them a couple nights in a row in Portland Maine and had a good time. I scored great boomers!

I am a 50 year old fan of PPPP, and I find their excitement about music in general to be why I listen. Music is fun, exciting and liberating, and that is how they play it! I am familiar with many bands over many years, Dead shows, Phish shows and festivals, Twiddle, Tauk etc. PPPP exhibit the joy I associate with music!
