thank you and i've noticed and even my girlfriend noticed that so many IT pros like yourself are brave to reveal secrets in our wifi and blue tooth world now, this is so much better than wifi apps on a phone (iOS and Droids) like you talked about etc cool! My girlfriend was like why does he sound so nervous? And I was like, he's clueing us in to the secrets. Thanks! Oh and and I'll drop one in her purse tomorrow and see if she notices. Let’s say you were going to drive your sons jeep with the tracker on it. Is there a way to turn it off through the app so you won’t be notified when you are driving it?

I just had a horrible dream that my pickup truck got stolen! I live in an area with high car thefts. Maybe I should keep one of these in my truck?

That is why I bought one. If my rig goes anywhere, I can see exactly when and where it is going. The $20 per month is cheap insurance. And there is no contract, you pay as you go. 2nd reason is that I go over landing and off-roading and if I break down or get lost, my wife can see where I am. It should work without a cell signal because it also has a gps. Will test that this weekend.

DUDE . . . . at 1:17 you show a [bright] turquoise colored Zip Tie that you're using that stands out like the Sun. And you say your son and or nobody else will notice. Are you kidding me ?? LOL WHY didn't you use a BLACK zip tie?? Then you'd have a way better chance that no one will notice it. Also, the Blinking lights is a MAJOR attention giver. So DO like you did and put it in a Sleeve or something, as you did. The Blinking lights look like something from a James Bond movie LOL.

I just picked up the optimus 2.0. It’s basically this exact device just a different brand. If it runs off of Verizon service like mine, it’s $19.95 a month. Well worth it for me honestly. I hunt on public land and I recently had $350 worth of hunting equipment stolen from me and couldn’t track it. Just had to pay $1000 to replace everything I lost, I’ll pay $20 a month to protect $1000 worth of gear for 4 months.
