On our last Animal Kingdom visit my wife and I went to Nomad Lounge on a whim right when it opened. Got their version of bread service and a couple drinks. Awesome! I love how unplanned parts of Disney trips can be the most memorable. 🍹🍞

Thank for sharing …did not get to Animal Kingdom in my visit in January ..Love the Pandora experience … Had not visited Disney since ..2017 ..Lease a home in a 55 plus community in Central Fl for three month and would visit Disney every other day ..that was prior to our human collective experience of COVID Did you VISIT the Miami Zoo ..as a child with your parents ???? Jackie!! What a perfect way to start a Saturday! I love Animal Kingdom, especially in the morning. I’ve never seen the entire Winged Encounter either but I would love to next time I’m there. Just goes go show you that you can have a wonderful day at the parks without riding a ton of rides & just stopping to enjoy everything else there is to see & do. I think when you’re only there once a year for vacation it’s harder to have days like this where you just take it all in at a slower pace. You feel the need to see & do it all, but taking a slower pace (if possible) really does allow you to enjoy things you would otherwise miss. Thanks for taking us along as always Jackie!

Animal kingdom is my absolute favorite park. I’m so excited to be going again in December. I’m excited to see if they have any Christmas decorations up. I have never been to the Nomads lounge but I hear it’s cool, I’m glad you enjoyed yourself. I hope to be able to go when I’m there.

I love seeing the macaws. I have a blue and gold, Zeppy, that lives with us. She is around 30 years old and has never flown. She's only been with us for 10 years. I know she can't fly now because her chest muscles aren't strong enough for her to do it. She loves to be outside with us when the weather cooperates. Seeing macaws fly is magical!

Late for this one. It was sunny and a balmy 7 degrees here so I grabbed my camera and hit the woods looking for deer and birds. Didn't see a deer and the only interesting bird, a Red Tailed Hawk saw me just as I saw him and boogied. I could have stayed in my nice warm living room and looked at more birds and animals in this video. Real life adventure is not as easy as watching someone else do it.

My best WDW trip was a solo trip I took a few years ago. You definitely get through crowds quicker; and can do whatever you want without any negotiating or judgement 😂.. but it’s also nice to share moments with someone.

I love Animal Kingdom; it is SO underrated. as many times as I’ve been there, I’ve never seen the bioluminescence. It’s always been overcast or rainy on my AK days so the glow has been very minimal. One Day!! Thanks for a great video!

There was this period of months where AK closed so early, you couldn’t ever see it, it was soooo long. I’m happy it’s got slightly later hours so now ppl can. On a clear day it glows sooo much!

I love Nomad Lounge! Can you tell me what brand of lipstick you're wearing? It's stayed on all day through eating and drinking... and I need it!

So this particular lipstick is one of those lipstains and I actually didn't love it, it was patchy all day, like it didn't apply or stay evenly. Maybe it was my own user error and I didn't apply it right, but the stain definitely did last thro the day without me touching it up, it just didn't stay evenly! It is a pretty color tho, I'll try it again - it's Colorgram Thunderbolt tint.

I haven’t been there in person in over a decade and like others have said, it’s nice to see you enjoy the park at a relaxing pace. I love the rides (Expedition Everest was the highlight of the park for me and I watched your other AK videos which were enjoyable as well) but there is something special about taking the sights and sounds in at a theme park which is easier to do when you go to the parks more often. Beautiful look at Pandora (which wasn’t there when I visited). I did ride Primeval Whirl :) and am curious to see what will come next in that area. Very much enjoyed the performances and next time I visit, I would love to sit on the patio and eat at Nomad’s to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and cavalcades.
