Magic Kingdom FULL Summer Day! Disney Genie, Rides, Fireworks, Treats & Steakhouse 71 Breakfast

Join us for a mega day at Disney's Magic Kingdom in June 2022! We have family in town this week and a Disney World first timer, so we are making the most of our day here by using Genie+ and riding as many top priority rides for our party as possible, and enjoying an entire, very full day at Magic Kingdom from open to close (and of course you know with it being summer in Florida, there's going to be CROWDS, extreme heat, humidity, rain and sunshine!). This video includes a delicious breakfast at Steakhouse 71, my first time trying their breakfast and I show you what we got, then heading to MK and riding tons of rides, enjoying the day to the fullest, having lunch at Tony's Town Square Restaurant and trying a brand new menu item, and of course rides, rides and more rides, dole whip, treats and drinks and fireworks! Besides lots of good food and entertainment, we enjoyed some of Magic Kingdom’s best attractions including: Splash Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room , Carousel of Progress, Space Mountain, Haunted Mansion, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover, it’s a small world, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, and of course a very crowded showing of Disney’s Enchantment night time fireworks and projection show! Well I think locals give it a hard time but if you look at facebook groups of actual tourists, most ppl who visit have a great time there (and the fact that it's always booked and always packed is evidence that it's popular amongst ppl who visit WDW)! Also, they just updated the menu. None of the food in Magic Kingdom is amazing, in my opinion, but it's perfectly fine and suitable, does the job, and it's more about the experience of getting to sit down in the ac and relax and enjoy a meal without hustling for a table in the heat with a tray balancing in your hands. :)

Funny story about the Pirates ride to movie experience. I saw the original in theaters with my grandmother, and when the dog holding the key to the jail cell scene came up, she CRACKED up SO loudly inside the theater. Not one other person laughed, but you could hear her throughout the entire theater! I'll never forget that.

Hey Jackie, I’m at WDW right now so, I guess that means I’m team summer but not because I like coming in the summer. Like so many others, we come during summer just because the kids are out of school. Before we had kids & then when they were little, we always came late January/ early February & then switched to late February/early March for a little warmer weather. Now that the kids are older & we don’t want to take them out of school, summer it is. It’s super hot right now but you have to come prepared like you said, with fans, water bottles, cooling towels & lots of breaks in the A/C. We still have a good time no matter what!

Hi, what a magical day. I'm glad for y'all. My Mom, my Sister, 2 Service Dogs, and I had a great one week vacation at Disney World at the end of May. It was hotter than we thought it would be for May, but we still enjoyed as much as we could, especially after 4pm in parks when the heat started getting a little more bearable. We got to ride 3 rides in each park and a couple of shows, we hoped to do more, but the heat was to much for Mom. Anyway, hope y'all enjoy. Thanks for sharing this with us. We enjoyed to. Thanks for this! Too many Disney vlogger do not create content around what a non-passholder or non-Florida resident perspective. When I go, it's rope drop to kiss goodnight! I wait in the lines! I deal with the heat! I deal with the rain! Too many of the vlogs I've seen is 2 hours at the park, not waiting in a line over 15 minutes, and not experiencing Disney the way most people do!

Totally agree!! The only time I do those shorter vlogs is when I have specific things I'm showing, such as update videos - giving updates on specific things in the parks that I personally find really cool and interesting (not just a new cupcake, but things that I truly find interesting) that I think would be helpful for ppl to know about if they're visiting at that time. But I don't just go and do nothing for 2 hours just to rush through a video, that's not my style. I always have a purpose or reason or something I'm excited to show! But yes, days like this are days ppl really experience when they come to visit, and its exhausting and a lot of fun haha! We did a whole week or this but this is the only day I vlogged, bc I wanted to enjoy the rest w the fam without the camera :)

I really love your down to earth videos. Professionalism is good for some videos, but by in large, spontaneous, spur of the moment, unplanned videos are just as good as planned vids. I am enjoying your vids from everywhere. The resort vids of your stays and reviews are great. Like I mentioned to you recently when you stayed at Cabana Bay. My daughter and I just got back from staying at Endless Summer, Dockside. I went back and watched your video and review on your stay at Endless Summer. Your room was on the 14th floor facing the pool. Our room was exactly like yours, a suite. Our room was on the 10th floor on the wing facing the front of the resort entrance. I loved my overall view from my room. That was my winding down time each night as I sat on the small ottoman, had a drink and a snack and enjoyed the night time view, looking down toward Icon Park. Anyway keep up the great videos. They are thoroughly enjoyed.

Jackie thank you so much for your awesome videos, they really prepared me for my DW trip. I had a really similar visit to yours last week! I even got the pixie dust, but at first they told me that bald men aren't allowed - so I begged and they said that it could get in my eyes, so I asked for it on my shoulders. Hey, your videos really got us prepared for our trip, thank you! The only thing I didn't come prepared for was ride photos, I had no idea which rides did have photos, how to get them, where the cameras are in the ride, how to pose, etc. Maybe a suggestion for a future video!
