Due to my perfectionist tendencies, it was really difficult at first to skip the reading and lectures and go right to the MCQs, but THAT....that's the key, folks. The reality is that much of the lesson is just filler that will not actually be tested on when it comes to exam day. If you can just convince yourself to take the MCQs, study the EXPLANATIONS, and move on, you will go through the material fast enough that you don't forget everything along the way. Thanks for this method and all the other helpful tips, Nate. I got an 83 on FAR and taking AUD next week, and I'm cruising without sacrificing my whole life over this stuff.

I apologize in advance for the long comment but felt compelled to say how much your content has changed my life for the better. Back in 2016 I tried to pass the CPA exam using the conventional Becker format and even attended in-person Becker sessions at my university. I quickly fell behind and became incredibly frustrated not being able to retain any information after Becker's hour long lectures and hour long in-person lectures at my university. I spent so much time any energy with no results. I gave up completely without taking a single exam because I was clearly not getting the material. Not having my CPA certification had been a monkey on my back ever since. Last year (2022) I decided to purchase the Becker program AGAIN and AGAIN quickly realized after a couple of lessons that their format just wasn't working for me. I was reliving the same nightmare going through those lectures and not retaining any information. I desperately looked on KZbin for advice and got the generic "study, take a lot of notes, etc. etc." from people who didn't seem to have the busy work and life schedule I had. I stumbled on to your ad and joined your free seminar. PEOPLE, SERIOUSLY DO THIS SEMINAR. It was like a giant weight was lifted off my shoulders because I KNEW YOUR METHOD WOULD WORK FOR ME. You helped me rediscover an effective study method I had used for some of my hardest classes in college. I got through the exams in less than a year, something I never thought possible, using your study methods and audio product. I only had to retake 1 exam, JUST 1 RETAKE. I studied around only an hour a day on M/C (I know you recommend more but my schedule literally could not fit anymore in), and the rest of the time I listened to the audio product. I was learning while washing dishes, drywalling, doing yard work, grocery shopping, you name it. When I was burnt out, I listened to your podcasts, which WAS a fantastic way to motivate myself that I could pass the exams and learned even more tips and tricks. BOTTOM LINE, YOUR METHODS AND PRODUCTS WORK. Thank you so much for doing what you do, and I hope your business grows to help more people who struggled with the "conventional way" like me. I'm applying your study principles to other goals; SuperFastCPA has literally changed my life.

Similar to Jessica, my perfectionism gets the best of me sometimes. Going straight to the MCQs has been difficult for me. What's even more difficult is not worrying about the score I get on the MCQs when going through them. I listened to Torre's interview today, and his insight was great! I'm working on not worrying about my MCQ percentage and working more on retaining the explanation of the topic at hand. The mini quizzes are so helpful too. I feel a bit more prepared going into a new topic because I've seen questions on it before. Thanks Nate for all you do here! I look forward to seeing how my scores pan out using your method!

I just watched your video and I am inspired to begin my journey after 20 years since attaining my Accounting Degree. I no longer work in accounting and I'm currently a Bank Compliance Executive, Chief Compliance Officer. However, after listening to your video, I am very much inspired to finally pursue my CPA license. I found your 3 tips to be very logical and it seems doable. I have the Becker CPA course so I'll combine my studies with your method to see if I can finally make this happen! Thank you for sharing those 3 tips!

I really like the concept of the “mini sessions”. I frequently forget how effective the little study sessions can be. And it sounds wonderful to have my evenings back again. I think that would definitely help me to not get so frustrated and stressed.

I have been studying for BEC since January with SuperFast and it seems like information is sticking. I had to get out of my head with missing some many questions while doing like the re-review sessions and realized I could not pick questions in only the reviewed area but requesting to get more questions and using the method, found to get better answers. I will test in March for BEC and look forward to passing it for sure.

This is a very useful video. I have ADHD, and I’ve always struggled with routines, but I do know if I do something in the morning that’s the only time I can be consistent makes so much sense. It allows me the flexibility to balance my evenings, which are usually where the chaos is, it’s so simple. Thank you for pointing it out.

Well, I used the video lectures method with Becker and failed FAR and AUD, so now I'm going to use this MCQ method first on BEC and then on REG. If I pass, then obviously I will use the same method to pass FAR and AUD on try #2! Thanks for new insight, Nate!

Hello folks, i am so much interested in taking the CPA but looks like am losing the morale. My first degree was in Information Technology, since I wanted accounting career, I enrolled back to school and did MBA. After MBA, the school advised me to enroll for a post baccalaureate certificate in accounting to obtain the 150 credit hours. Folks i did all this but guess what, I applied for cpa in indiana, only to receive an email that I only have 66 credit hours from my MBA and post baccalaureate certificate. Folk this is so stressing and I am asking myself now if I should go forward to submit my degree in Information Technology. Do you think it will help me increase my credit hours. I am asking because Information Technology is not in the business or accounting background. Can anyone advice me please. Thanks in advance
