Also, don't forget to drink plenty of fluids, everything sucks even more when you're dehydrated! And if you have any meds, please don't forget to take them (I always forget my ADs 😅).

I love crinkles. This one has some of the most relaxing crinkling sounds with the mask envelope, the tissues envelope, the bath bomb etc. I also love her soft voice and how reasuring it is. Makes me feel really relaxed and loved.
