My daughter used to vomit a lot after birth, because she was a preemie; whose digestive system wasn’t quite developed, and had to drink a special formula. Then, my aunt told me to boil some water, grater the nutmeg and add a tad bit of molasses, pure honey 🍯 or real cane sugar (which I always have my mom bring me from Jamaica 🇯🇲) and give it to her, and when I tell you my heartbeat 💓 stopped throwing up *INSTANTLY;* believe, you, me!!!!! 🙌🏾🙏🏾❤️🇯🇲

I grew up with nutmeg. My mother used it in oatmeal, french toast, eggnog, egg custard, rice pudding and of course pumpkin pie. She even had the nutmeg grater, which i have now. She never used cinnamon in any of the above, except the pumpkin pie, which also included clove and ginger. I rarely use cinnamon and absolutely love nutmeg.

Used to love it at night with hot milk and any milky recipes. Now I'm terrified to use it. Changed over to cinnamon instead. At least its safer and gets the same results.

Don't be terrified about nutmeg. Use it. Some people are blowing things out of proportion. I personally use nutmeg almost everyday.

Good presentation, however the pronouciation of Grenada is incorrect. Your pronouciation is for Granada in spain. Happy to see Grenada here but I must add that the nutmeg farmers are treated poorly financially by the authorities.
