My daughter used to vomit a lot after birth, because she was a preemie; whose digestive system wasn’t quite developed, and had to drink a special formula. Then, my aunt told me to boil some water, grater the nutmeg and add a tad bit of molasses, pure honey 🍯 or real cane sugar (which I always have my mom bring me from Jamaica 🇯🇲) and give it to her, and when I tell you my heartbeat 💓 stopped throwing up *INSTANTLY;* believe, you, me!!!!! 🙌🏾🙏🏾❤️🇯🇲

I grew up with nutmeg. My mother used it in oatmeal, french toast, eggnog, egg custard, rice pudding and of course pumpkin pie. She even had the nutmeg grater, which i have now. She never used cinnamon in any of the above, except the pumpkin pie, which also included clove and ginger. I rarely use cinnamon and absolutely love nutmeg.

It is a miracle for me. I just added some nutmeg and cinnamon about 2 table spoons of each to this. Yes indeed. Be careful of consuming large amounts. It can be highly toxic, causing ectopic heat beats, hallucinations, hypotension lightheadedness, and delirium. First hand experience. It's also quite addictive in flavour and incredibly delicious in sweetened oatmeal, many desserts, biscuits and Indian dishes. Best to use very sparingly.

Yes but need mixed with dextromethorphan or pseudoephendrine in your glass, this will get rid nausea issue when you high on nutmeg, other choice, mix it with one tea spoon of galangal powder, one tea spoon of ginger and one tea spoon of turmeric this will make same effect like when you mix nutmeg with dmx or pseudoephendrine, 6 tea spoon of nutmeg can last 12 hour high with peak 3-6 hour peak, mix with 360 dmx if you an crystal meth user, this recipe persistance taste like when you use 3 gram of meth in one row. Far better than rape your pocket only for some crystal meth, i self wont need meth at all after use 6 tea spoon nutmeg + 360 dmx.
