This is the episode where I decided that Alex was my character in the Supergirl series. Of course I love Kara to death but Alex is my girl.

We can all relate to Alex, someone with no powers who is simply doing everything they can for those they love. What makes Alex so special is she the only one that Kara looked at as an equal. To her, Alex was what every human could be. I loved Alex, Chyler portrayed this character so well that she's the only reason this show was good. Alex is the only secondary character in the Arrowverse that was as important as the Hero, with the exception of Caitlin.

No. She's aactually overprotective of her own daughter. That's why she's upset; because Alex is human. One wrong move and she could die. And remember, Eliza has thought her husband is dead all this time. Can you imagine? Alex is all she has left of her husband.
