Looking back on Season 4, it still remains my favourite season of Supergirl. Sam Witwer's terrifying, yet tragic take on Ben Lockwood/Agent Liberty, Nicole Maines being a fantastic addition to the cast as Nia Dal/Dreamer, Melissa Benoist being perfect as ever in the title role, and of course, Jon Cryer being one of the best actors to ever portray Lex Luthor. This was a great sequence of events. Supergirl wiping the floor with all those Eve Tessmacher clones, Dreamer and James' confrontation with Lockwood and his cronies, Brainy breaking ranks to do what's right, Lena fighting 'Eve', and a great face-off between the Martian Manhunter and Lockwood. From a writing and creative-standpoint, Season 4 was truly Supergirl's best season. And the only Arrowverse season I've seen to break the Season 4 curse.

This is just me, but I only started watching the show again after Jon Cryer came on board as Lex. It is easy to watch since I have TiVo and can fast forward through every scene with Alex and her dating/baby issues, and Jon Jones and his daddy/pacifist issues and Jimmy and his daddy/ptsd issues and everything with Brainiac and now Dreamer. This makes the show only 20 minutes long and enjoyable to watch. 😎👍
