Something I've noticed from previous seasons is that Kara seems to dye her hair different colors inside and out. As in, when she lets her hair down it's blonde (Supergirl's hair), but it's brown when she ties her hair up into a hairdo (Kara Danver's hair). Little things like that seperate the two alter-egoes.

Katie McGrath's answer about the Luthor's was great. She really knows her character and can express it well. Mechad Brooks is leaving this year, you have to wonder since Jeremy Jordan already left for Broadway.
