He deemed criminals unworthy if they survived the snap so he put down his harmless bow and used a sword but he couldnt do harm to those who were unworthy as an avenger so he did it as ronin, so he still only targeted villians, and its still normal hawkeye

Hawkeye as Ronin wasn’t evil. In the MCU, he was still taking out evil people, but he was doing so in a manner more akin to a vigilante like Punisher or Deadpool where he was willing to use lethal force; but was by no means evil. In the comics, he takes on the name Ronin after he dies and is resurrected. Another person had joined the Avengers between his death and resurrection who was using the codename Hawkeye, so when Clint Barton was brought back and joined the Avengers again, he went by the codename of Ronin. He was actually the second character in Marvel to use the name and was given the blessing of the first character who used it. Clint then gave the new Hawkeye his blessing to continue to go by Hawkeye while Clint kept the name Ronin. There was never a point in the comics where Clint as Ronin was ever considered evil.

There was another evil version of Susan Storm -> Malice. When she was brainwashed she took on this identity. I think you are missing the point, these are alternate versions of the same character from either the multiverse where they were evil in another universe or when that character briefly became evil in the prime universe. Iron Patriot was not Tony Stark, it was Norman Osborn. Ikari was someone whose identity was never revealed, but was hired by Bullseye to kill Daredevil, so it was not a version of Daredevil who was/turned evil. The only ones you got right were Doppelganger was in essence an evil clone of Spider-Man, and Malice being a manifestation of the evil within Invisible Lady (Susan Storm). The rest are simply counterparts who may have somewhat resembled the heroes and were evil, but they were not those heroes turning evil themselves or an alternate version of that same character that was evil.

@otersey 1) Ragnarok is not a robot, he is a cyborg that was created by Tony Stark in an attempt to clone Thor while Thor was absent from the Avengers for awhile. Tony used Thor’s DNA to clone Thor and added cybernetics; hence cyborg, not robot. 2) Maker is Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic from the Ultimate Universe, which is part of the Multiverse. So still fits the evil version from an alternate reality/universe criteria. 3) They listed Human Torch, not specifically Johnny Storm. The original Human Torch was an android that was created from cells that mimicked human cells, but were not organic material. Inhuman Torch was created using cells from the original Human Torch in an attempt to replicate him, but the Inhuman Torch was used for evil. 4) Brother Mutant has several characters bonded together yes, however, Wolverine is actually the most dominate personality from the group, but due to the influence of the others, he was evil. While on the topic of amalgams, Onslaught is a physical manifestation of the merge between the consciences of Professor X and Magneto.
