I'm no medical professional, but when I checked, only tonic-clonic seizures have mouth-foaming, and there, you cannot consciously react to anything when having a seizure, let alone scream like heck when being sprayed with antiseptic spray. That and putting stuff in the mouth is ill-advised and we basically fill Helpy with anesthetic gas with a bulky gas mask when he flips, so uhh... Also, I looked at the treatments for seizures and nowhere were injections listed (this coming from the NHS's Epilepsy article, which listed all the treatments given). More than likely it's rabies given Helpy can consciously react to stuff, foams at the mouth, and gets treated with an injection (injections are a treatment for rabies, but you're better off vaccinating than trying to handle an infection).

​@@Flashlight237 You bring up some great points. Foaming at the mouth doesn't typically appear if your still concious, however from my brief research, it isn't strictly just tonic clonic that has it. Rabies does seem closer to what we see here, but we are explicitly told that this is an Arcade related injury, how would he get rabies at the arcade? Where as being somebody who has worked at an arcade and has epilepsy (under treatment thankfully), I know that an arcade is the exact type of location that a seizure starts. If you have a recent history of seizures, one of the first places to avoid is an arcade. Despite Rabies being closer symptom wise, I do still think its a general depiction of a seizure. It certainly has traits of seizures, foaming at the mouth, muscle spazing, excetra. Look at what were talking about here, this is a fnaf game, and helpy screaming is a core mechanic in the minigame, I think that even if it isn't purely accurate to any specific kind of seizure, it is still trying to depict one.
