Well he's blind. 1:20:39 Ada can't insult back to her boss, Wesker. Wesker is intimidating, would you honestly insult him back or be confrontational to him? I also don't think insulting people is effective. People should Wesker is not a nice boss. He'll even sacrifice his workers' lives, and experiment on and infect them without their consent. I like how the devs made Ada story and gameplay correlate along side Leon's story.

When ada encountered the knights, she could have shot the armor a lot if it was realistic with how force works. If you don't know already, stuff like a bulletproof vest do stop the bullet, but the force of the bullet is not stopped, so if the armored parasites got shot with something like the sniper rifle, the bullet wouldn't go thru, but the inside of the suit would be turned to mush.
