So here's something for you Batman has a strength of 4-5 human and faster than normal human and i can say he is 4X better than a normal human. But cap is 19X more powerful than normal human. And he have a Healing factor and Stamina (remember that line "I CAN DO THIS ALL DAY") So lets talk simply I know He's better than Captain America with preparation time! BUT... Peak strength Peak speed Skilled acrobat Healing factor (through Dionesium Pit) Super genius Brilliant tactician High tech Gadgets (Batarangs, Explosives, Flashbangs, Smoke Pellets, etc.) Master martial artist (dubbed The Worlds Most Skilled Combatant) (Casually Bench Presses 1.7 Tons) (Leg Presses a 1.85 Ton Railcar) more impressive feats for strength, speed, reflexes, etc: So Lets see how a Fight like this would go down. This Fight Takes Place In An Area Unknown To Batman or Captain America. Captain America gets dropped off in said Area by Helicopter. Cap then throws his Shield, Batman dodges and gets ready to Punch Captain America until the shield stops his fist, Cap then uses his Shield in close Combat and manages to hold Batman off, until Bruce disarms Cap of his Shield and Judo Flips him onto the ground. Captain America retaliates by kicking Batman in the face, and stands up off the ground. They face off in H2H Combat, both are evenly matched testing their Strength. Cap than puts Batman in a head lock, until Batman elbows him in the stomach and puts Cap in an Armbar. Batman: Submit! Captain America: Not Today! Cap then does a huge flip and gets out of the armbar. Both men then charge at each other, both throwing Punches and Kicks as fast as possible, with neither gaining the upper hand. until Batman tries to do a round house kick, which Captain America catches and flips him unto the ground. they Both fight on the ground for a while, with Batman ending up putting Cap in a Leg Lock until they both disengage. Both men stand up, both Drenched in Sweat but still fighting. They charge at each other and exchange blows(although not as Fast) and yet again in terms of Strength, Speed, and Skill, they are equal. until Cap feels a sharp pain in his Shoulder, which ends in his Shoulder locking up. Captain America: What Is This? Batman: It’s Called a Pressure Point, It May not Kill You But I’ll Assure You That You Won’t be moving that Arm for a while, however i’ll give you 1 free shot to knock me out. Cap then charges a throws a flury of Punches with his left arm, which all land on Batman but to no affect. Batman then catches Captain Americas Fist, and then Breaks his Arm and then continues to Flip him unto the ground hard. Batman: I Only Said 1. Batman then puts Cap in a head lock, and snaps his neck finishing him off. Bruce takes Steves shield, and places it calmly and gently on Steves chest. Batman: Good Fight Soldier. Post Fight Analysis So Yeah This is an extremely tough and long fight. for strength and speed they were equal. However Agility was pretty close, although Cap uses his agility more often. And in terms of brilliant Strategy, fighting Skill, Intellect, and arsenal of Weapons, Batman took the edge in all those categories. So obviously this fight came down to Quantity over Quality, and vice versa. Cap and Bruce has pretty similar feats when it comes to strength and speed. However where I think you really start to notice a difference is in durability. Sometimes with Captain America he has feats of being punched into the air by. class 50 warrior woman. while also taking a point blank explosion. So Cap being just as strong and as fast. makes him a challenge for Batman. while also being skilled. However in this fight captain america is not against a brute like the hulk, he is facing someone like Batman. Batman similarly is one of the best fighters in his universe. He has matched people like Lady Shiva as a perfect equal, beaten Bane, and completely humiliated Nightwing. He's shown to be a master of pressure point techniques, and also has shown complete mastery of stealth techniques to the point where batman can even ghost superman! However his stealth is irrelevant since, this took place in an Area that didn’t benefit Batman using it. And obviously there are X-Factors in this fight. There is a lot to consider here when it comes to cap and batman and there X-factors. I am going to give this advantage to batman because I think he has more options and its easier for batman to remove the shield from play than it is for cap to counter everything batman has, also you gotta take into account that Batman will use this fear every single time. As well as when you look at Batman taking on an Enhanced poser of himself. and Cap beating Protocide whose his Physical Equal. it’s really a hard decision to make. If we’re talking about a Bloodlusted H2H Fight and Batman doesn’t have his suit, then Cap wins that fight 7/10. However if you’re talking about their BASE Equipment. Batman should win that fight. Even if batman doesn't disarm the shield (which is damn near impossible) freeze capsules or an aesthetic grenade will be effective enough, for him to use his Skill to claim the victory. (Obviously in a narrative situation, it’d be a stalemate) Even if cap does lock Bruce in a CQC fight and batman doesn't take advantage of his many gadgets its still an extremely tough fight for Cap and its possible batman could pull an upset and outfight cap throughout a prolonged fight, Even though I do personally favor cap in that scenario due to his slightly superior Stamina. (he fought Wolverine for 3 days Straight and still kept Fighting) However Batman should be able to find a Weakness in Cap before he tires. even if Bruce did admit that Cap could conceivably beat him in a prolonged match. (this was specifically a h2h match though, this match Bruce can use his gear to counter the shield which can work) given that he himself has fought Super Soldiers before. (And no I won’t use the Deathstroke argument, that Argument has no levity to it whatsoever) (however there are plenty of other Super Soldiers In the DCU, that Batman has fought and beaten) and to look at Gear again, the main reasons why it's often argued Bruce can indeed take a win over Steve is because of his gear. While I've slightly limited myself to make this debate too easy (taking away Bruce's sonic attacks and his magnetic gadgets), his healthy variety of gear will most certainly grant him the variety edge of the super soldier. (as for Steves adaptability, this is a well enough counter) (and dealing with the shield) On top of that, it’s very likely Bruce would mix up this gear with his fighting skill and strategy to claim to the victory. (explosives that could blow Caps head off) (Vs Gotham, whose chemically enhanced) (Vs emperor penguin who has superior genetics to humans) All of this gear, plus Bruces equal speed and reflexes can definitely secure the victory. The Soldier Was a Tough Opponent, but the Ninja came out on Top. Batman Wins!

Like Tony said, everything special about Captain is coming out of a bottle of serum. Batman didn't need that. He did everything possible in human level. So Steve's strength and other feats can be described as his super powers as he was experimented with that. While Batman /Bruce did everything on human level. Bruce with that serum would crush captain to death . And comparing movie version is baseless . Both cenamtic universe is at different position as MCU is older between the two. Cap never battled any being like Doomsday who would only get stronger after getting hit. He ever got stronger after impacted by nuclear missile, superman heat vision, Batman batwing's missiles, wonder woman's explosive vibrations .
