Apache Leap is in the background (the escarpment). I was told this by this man that grew up there, and was living there at the time. He said "that is where Geronimo surrendered, and many of his men chose not to surrender, but leap to their deaths, and that's why people say Geronimo, before leaping out of a plane parachuting down.' He also told me that he met Bruce Lee in 1973, along with Chuck Norris, because they had karate tournaments there. He also told me that he met Clint Eastwood in 1975, because the movie, "The Gauntlet" (the part where Clint "hijacks" a passenger bus, and has the pig iron welded in it, in anticipation of defense against a prolonged armed attack). He said he was the one that welded the pig iron, in that scene, since he was a welder in the mining company that he worked for there. he even told me that you can see his car, a Chevy chevelle Laguna, in the background, parked on the street in the background. i have to go there this week for a memorial service of someone that my wife and I knew.
