From what I understand, there are two different popping powers: one is the total number of bloons the tower can pop; the other is how many stacked bloons it can pop. Because of how tightly the greens were packed, some may have been missed even though TBO wasn't at its pop limit.

True, but there are only 2 towers with a modified MOAB popping power: right side spike factory and right side bomb tower. Otherwise, all towers have the same popping power against MOABs as against other bloons.

A 4/x mortar can pop zebras and blacks much like a 4x bomb can. The specialty building is interesting in that it adds roughly a half second stun akin again to the 4/x bomb. You'd think the x/4 version would rock with it's super fast firing speed, but it's hamstrung by that pop limit which seems to plague all forms of mortar. That missing bloons bug is odd considering how well the 3/x 4/x bombs work, even with their two stage explosions.

kinda but for the village, robo, maulers, and shredding spikes are enginered to hurt moab class

Is a 4-2 mortar any good to you??. Because I use them a lot and they rules.

The problem with mortars, even the 4-2 or 2-4 are completely worthless agains moabs. Th 4-2 might be great against bloons, but thats it.
