superjumbo the biggest difference that you missed, is the bank gets 15-20% interest per round, so first round bank gets 2k vs 3k for farm... the 2nd gets 2.2, 2.42, 2.65, 2.875, 3.15, 3.3, 3.65, full at 7 as I recal when I used in btd4 (same stats in btd5). over 7 rounds bank is 20k vs 21k which is similar. huge thing missed about the bank. don't forget, to consider the extra income made from the extra farms made due to instant return from factory which beats the bank a lot. lastly you can withdraw your money whenever, you don't have to wait till is full, but your not going to get that lager interest for waiting. 3rd and final point, I noticed but if you throw a village down next to a factory before you upgrade it's actually cheaper to build both and 2nd farm is 8k cheaper. doubt you will read how old this video is. but that's what you missed.

the numbers don't add up, I know. I forget the % so but I use banks to save up to get to round 800+ and found out through math that I would make more over all with banks.

Best to get as many 2|0 farms. Once you have a load, sell them and get a single 4|2 factory.

My strategy with banana farms is 1. Get a good defensive tower that can last the first 3-4 rounds 2. Buy a banana farm and make it 1/0 3. Save up for another banana farm unless you need more defence then buy 1 more defensive tower 4. Buy another banana farm and make it 1/0 and save up for another one (repeat until 4 banana farms) 5. Buy more defensive towers 6. Upgrade each of the 4 banana farms to 2/0 6. Buy more defensive towers and banana farms and upgrade the defensive towers and the new banana farms 7. Once you have about 6-8 2/0 banana farms you upgrade all of them to 3/0 8. With your money upgrade and buy more defensive towers 9. Save up your money and upgrade each of your banana farms to 4/2 10. Buy 2-10 more banana farms and buy and upgrade a lot of defensive towers like crazy ( you should be getting like 40,000-50,000 each round) 11. Upgrade your new banana farms to 2/4 12. Have fun gaining money like crazy

My main problem with the Banana farm is that you're pretty much limited to only ever building 5-6 because of the size of the collection radius. In BTD4, I would usually build 10, sometimes more. There's also the fact that you can't effectively use Banana Farms and Dartling Towers at the same time because both rely on your mouse. I really wish that you could set Dartling Towers to Fire in one direction, independent of your mouse movements. Lastly, keep in mind that by the time you are able to afford the Banana Investments Advisory, you probably won't have 10 rounds left before the game is over. Even if you go in into freeplay mode, you'd be better off using tons of Snipers (I usually go with 50 of them) instead of BIA.

I prefer 2/3 or 2/4 because each round you get money in the bank and you can take it out when you want. I call the bank a emergency money bank. Lets say, i am on hard, and on round 81 every single time, i lose. So now that i know that is impossible to beat, i reload the game, play the rounds to save money, then when you are getting to the certain round, get the emergency money out and do whatever you need. This is the 'Emergency Money' strategy. You might say, "Then what source are your other bananas gonna come from?". I put another banana farm and make it a 3/2 and if possible, 4/2. So i prefer the right side.
