Wow, you have accuracy and I have learned many from your theories. Few days back before the release of the MV, but after watching all Teasers, I had some theories myself, Ten and Mark are the hardest for me to determine their powers. But we almost have the same thought for Ten, I have associated it with his performance with Winwin. About Life and Spirit and being the Yang or positive energy from YinYang. I also noticed the Red String that combines the Tree which connects to Taeyong. Though i have a totally different theory for Taeyong. We are the same with theory on Lucas' powers. Baek and Kai are already obvious but i have seen that on almost all VCR and MV of EXO concerning their storyline, it was almost always Kai or Baek that is the key character. This were my theories after the teasers and some new things I just thought now. As we observed, Baek and Kai retained their powers, Teleportation & PhotoKinesis (Light Manipulation). So most likely the others have powers as well. These are my incomplete theories, im not sure still if its really right... Taeyong at first seem to have self-replication powers (the many clapping Taeyong in the trailer), but seeing the red string he held that often depicted as the String of Fate, his power might actually be about knowing or controlling Fate and diff outcomes of himself from different choices he makes, much like prophecy and a psychic (almost like what Dr. Strange, seeing different outcomes? I also another movie reference for this power, Nicholas Cage has a movie Next, he is capable of seeing what will happen in the next seconds, which later on became farther and farther in the future, and this was shown in the movie by showing replicas of himself deciding different things, turning to different directions, ir even evading all gunshots, with clone like projections of himself). The many Taeyongs are a results of himself from his many different choices but ends up on the same outcome, watching the movie. And the Two Taeyong in the movie are 2 ultimate versions of himself that totally went to 2 separate and opposing outcomes of himself. Lucas (though his name came from Latin luxos w/c means light) seem to have focus on Super-Hearing or perhaps even Sonokinesis (Sound Manipulation) due to the sounds in the trailer, the focus on his ear, and how Taemin controlled and lowered the volume. Also, seems the NCT and wayV have a storyline concerning dreams and reality, Lucas seem to have a different version of himself from what reality shows in the surface. Mark seem to have something with glass. The platform, the clear chairs. Perhaps have something to do with Forcefields like The Invisible Woman from the Fantastic Four, but more on solid block-like forcefields? Or perhaps since Mark seem to have a different persona on the "other side" of the glass, is he like the woman from American series Heroes, that has double personality from the other side of the glass? Ten is the most hard to determine. Some elements of horror it seems (Thailand where he came from have a lot of horror-themed films and television series) but somehow it also shows that he was able to color and put to life a seemingly endless void painting, like resurrecting the dead flowers from outside to the painting instead. Its like in the Lovely performance of Ten & Winwin(try watching that). Ten represents the Yang and the Living Tree, opposing Winwin as the Yin with the Dead Tree. i think Ten has powers connected to the soul or spirit. Lastly, Taemin seemed to be able to monitor them all even before they come together. He is like the Nick Fury to Avengers. But still somehow he has his own power. Some say he has super strength. But It seems he can copy to some extent the powers of his members (6 versions of Taemin on the stairs, a sample of Taeyong from the movie house?) OR... He can nullify or control other superpowers like what he did with Lucas by controllong the volume, or to Baekhyun, who surrounded with various technological devices, or crack Mark's mirror/forcefield, or monitor and find Kai even when he can teleport to unknown places? OR posseses the power of Knowledge, like he can automatically understand other people's powers and either can direct or exploit the owners of that powers. (hence like the anti-hero of the group, since he acts like a villain) Also they may have their roles in the group, like Baek is the technician/inventor/hacker? Mark might be the speed driver for espionage. Lucas might be an infiltrator to their targets to hear secrets beyind walls and closed doors. Perhaps he handles communication when they are on a mission. Taeyong is the psychic and perhaps assistant in making the plans since he can see possible outcomes. Kai on the helicopter, looks like he is one of the main operative and frontliner. Ten, im still not sure what would his position be on the team. Like the odd one but still vital, like Vision of Avengers, something like that? Perhaps, the healer or the monk-like of the group? Taemin seem to be in charge of monitoring everyone, and the one to provide contingency measures if a mission fails and one team member needs rescuing like those spy movies, and also like Nick Fury, which also has ulterior motives even though he helps them. Again these are theories since I am not that informed of Shinee's storyline. And NCT are still too vague in revealing on their full storyline apart from being on a Dream. EXO pretty much are the aliens (like Thor from Asgard or the Guardians of the Galaxy) and that their backstory is retained, escaping their planet and the Red Force from using/consuming their powers and tries ti prevent the Tree of Life from ever coming back. By far, the coolest theory i heard is about Mark with Molecular Manipulation, not sure with the portal creation though, but Molecular Manipulation makes a lot of sense. Im looking forward to seeing more of your theories, I am learning, and there are things I missed that you took notice here, like Taemin spying on Taeyong as sample. And also the Tree that has been tied by the Red String, I never realized to connect that to the Tree of Life of EXO. Hope you can make theories as well for EXO MV and NCT as well.

Wow thank you so much for your insight!! You made a lot of great points here! When you mentioned the relation with Mark and glass I immediately thought of the movie Glass, which is connected to Unbreakable. They are not in the MCU but they deal with people with special abilities and, who knows, maybe they drew inspiration from that too! You make a great point about the possible roles they might have as a unit, and I still think they’re reserving a lot for Ten. His power seems quite abstract and undefined but that gives them the freedom to do a lot with him, so I’m curious to know what they’re planning. I agree with the fact that Taeyong’s possible power could be somehow linked to prophecy or something on those lines! There’s totally stuff I missed in connection to NCT, because much like WayV’s their story is connected to a dream vs reality plot. I’m looking more into that, so that I can make a video about them too and improve my SuperM theory! :D I’d love to make a video on EXO too! One of my friends and I started putting together a theory with the teasers and the whole originally asking Taemin to be the leader of the group. He (Taemin) seems to be controlling the others in a way. The backgrounds of the other trailers all show spots that have blue, red, or green and then show Taemin in that same color. It's almost as if he's taking over and controlling each one. He's also the only one who ever killed the clones in his video - or at least his are shown dead. Honestly, watching this really made sense, and I hope in the future they do something that makes it all click into place.

If Taemin's power is levitation and telekinesis, then that means he possibly either took the power of EXO's Kris and Luhan (who aren't in the group anymore), who's abilities were flight and telekinesis, or he's a clone or created being who was given their powers when they were captured and killed. This makes sense since it seems like he's part of the red force (or the company that specializes in their power and stuff). This also means that, after getting those powers, he got greedy leading him to want to take over by obtaining more power. He could have been trying to kill Kai to take his power. Taemin could be giving them powers, showing them how to obtain them, or watching and waiting as they discover/obtain them, then gain their trust and then he'll betray them in the end and take their powers for himself with the help of X-EXO. OR, he won't betray them and they'll team up with the rest of X-EXO leading to a war between the rest of NCT (including the good sides of super M) and X-EXO + Taemin and THAT would be the epic battle like in the movies. Edit: If the theory about Kris and Luhan are true, that would only leave Tao, who's power hasn't shown up since he left. Hopefully he'll be the ace since his power was time control, something that doesn't seem to have been taken by the red force = he's still out there, surviving.

I think that Ten has Illusion power instead of Healing. I think he was outside of the painting the whole time and it was an illusion of himself who was dancing in what looks like the inside of the canvas. If he actually had restoration, that those hands wouldn't appear, so I think that those hands are also and illusion.

I think not only is he Nick Fury but Doctor Strange whom has the ability to levitate along with the ability control time and reality throught the Eye of Agimodo. But the green that Taemin represents can be found in the Strange's antagonist, Nightmare. He controls the nightmare realm and has traveled to our reality when each realm collided.

you know what is also interesting? the colors in taeyong's video. nct's universe which is connected with the concept of the film "Inception": there are dreams, sleep phases and the experiments in dream's laboratory. blue and red colors there symbolize the reality and a dream. and nct must to escape from the laboratory, escape from the dreams were they are locked. so maybe that why the whole taeyong set is blue (he is in a dream) and we have a real (red) taeyong who is trying to kill somekind of fake? not real, dream (blue) himself sorry for mistakes

Ahh, since exo's obsession came out I've realised that in a lot of these cases (in the SuperM trailers) they all have an alter. Taeyong with the version of himself wanting to kill him, Mark with his darker reflection and Ten with his hand grabbing himself to get pulled in the painting (honestly idk about Lucas). The exo members don't really have this since they have obsession which highlights their 'evil' side. This also explains why Taemin doesn't have an alter too since he is controlling the operation (although I don't know) Also, in most cases, their evil side is highlighted by red which is also in the case with exo's obsession. This is just a thing I noticed tho so it might not have any meaning.

I think it is the best video I have seen, it is so well explained, I will definitely not sleep to create more theories, also, in tiger inside especially there are more references to taemin, and I think it is true about the video, taemin recruits and even helps the boys discover their powers to fight with the red force, but we can also see what tries to stay with the red force.Also, thanks to the nct / wayv guys being "new" to this,causes them to discover their powers, powers that they probably cannot fully control, since apparently , Taeyong in his teaser tries to kill himself, which makes us believe that he cannot fully control his power yet, and on with Mark, Ten and Lucas.🤯🤸🏻‍♀️

Or it could be connected to EXO'S Obsession concept of clones, where Taeyong was experimented on to perfect the technology to clone EXO, which results in Mark who is an imperfect Luhan clone and Ten is an imperfect Lay clone

Im just thinking Ten and Taemin's powers are very similar to Lay and Luhan's, what if they're some kind of representation of the clones, or maybe part of Lay and Luhan's powers were somewhat transfered and we just didn't notice, maybe that was why in Lucky One Lay was being rolled into some room shortly after losing consciousness. There must be some kind of connection in some theories, after all Kai and Baekhyun's powers remain the same.

I loved your theory but I Want to tell you about somethings about NCT Theory. We can consider that all members of NCT/WayV are dreaming and their dreams are contrololled. They always are trying to don't be controll. On the other hand, they tall to us about where are they and 4 powers they have(or some members they have): replication, open portals between NCT worlds of dreams and the 7th sense. Replication is Taeyong, open portals is Mark and the 7th sense is Ten. In Limitless, the song says the one can be two and them 100. Mark open portals to transport between the units. And The 7th Sense of Ten is see what normal people doesn't see because he opened his eyes. In a lot of songs and the NCTMentarys, they always talks about a song they listen and they feel attracted, that song, sometimes make them turn crazy. To finish, colours in NCT, blue means reality, when the blue colors appears in some of the MVs we can see a laboratory. The red color means dream, when they are controlled. And green means NCT. Sorry for my bad english, i'm not english speaker but I love theories like this one.
