I don't give a shit what today's generation says...this is the godfather of all Superheroes. I love Spiderman, Ironman, Batman, WW, Thor; both Marvel and DC's collection of Superheroes. Superman was the first though. He inspired entire generations of kids to reach for the stars and actually have an imagination. Between both his abilities and what he stands for, he is the iconic figure of Superheroism that every Superhero created after him gets compared to and tries to live up to. well said, superman did inspire generations of kids to do good. However, if you look at the current generation its being inspired by logan pauls, fortnite and so fourth. Standing up for what superman represents is considered old and grandpa like nowadays. I know this because as a teacher I in cooperate superman's scenes into my positive behavior lessons and seriously most of them are yawning and bored and say " can we watch fortnite video or can we see jake pauls latest clip" so yeah

Despite seemingly everyone’s opinion. I have loved the journey the films have taken us on to get to this point, and I am confident it was Zack’s intention the whole time. I have loved watching the character, a Human in an Alien body, have to make choices and develop. I love his experiences that have shown us the “why” of who he is. Superman is my all time favorite hero. He is what I would want to be if I had a choice and the previous movies in the DCEU, although not perfect, have shown some things that I myself would have to, (and can) overcome in my own life to be a little bit more “Heroic”. I love this character. Thank you so much for giving this tribute and here’s to seeing so much more of him in the DCEU!🍻
