Marvel figured out pretty quick that things that worked in the comics (with long term fans) don’t always work with casual movie fans, but somehow bridged that gap. Comic fans understand that Guy looks ridiculous with the bowl cut but has serious story arcs, but not sure if movie fans will take him seriously with that look.
