This story lacks internal Conflict, Superman should be morally conflicted and suffer the consequences of enacting a greater good That way theres more technicality to him but people are so accustomed to his simplicity The expectation of good writing is complacent

1:32 Gotta quickly disagree with you on that one bro... Not all Kryptonians and Daxamites are equally strong / fast / durable... Maybe that's what's stated on paper, but it's always a different story when it comes to the Source Material that is the Comics. Examples: •Supergirl couldn't tank the Anti Monitor blast, Superman could and he beat Mobius in the process. •Superson or Superman Jr or Jon Ken whatever you wanna call him... He was never able to achieve a remotely close of a speed feat to Superman's feats that he does every Thursday (and yes him being half Kryptonian still equates Kryptonian since he can absorb solar energy and power up as limitlessly as them) •Mon-El never showed any strength, speed, durability feat higher than Supergirl's in his like 60 years of comics despite him being always put with her in the same bracket. I can go on and on... If anything I've learned reading DC Comics for 20+ years; it's the feats that matter NOT the statements. That's why Superman is like an anomaly! Despite having the same resumé as anyone else; Super Strength, Superspeed, Invulnerability, Kryptonian Physiology etc •Wonder Woman and Martian Manhunter have Superspeed but would that make them as fast as The Reverse Flash or at least comparable? Heeeeell no he would literally "Zoom" past them.
