Superman Is Too Strong In MultiVersus

Multiversus' strongest character (outside of the game) would easily be Superman. So I made it my goal to show that strength in the game itself. Superman is weird to play, but when played right, can be toxic.

I think a good way to fix superman's ice breath would be to make the ice progression permanent but up the amount of time you need to freeze them to 20, that's just my opinion tho
