It's actually a form of psychological warfare done by the American and other military. They had a dictator surrounded in his compound and I forget how many days straight over and over Play the song Panama on a loop on loudspeakers all around the compound till he came out. Place was basically two four to five for them to go in so they drove him out by playing the song Panama. There was another incident like that I forget which country and they played a particular rock song combined with barking dogs crying babies hysterical screaming and a few other things at random on giant loudspeakers. There was a another one that was a dictator who locked himself in a church and where the military is not allowed to enter a church they did the same thing till the guy come out and surrenderedClaimed he was seeking asylum in the church so they had to wait him out. So what they did was bummer the place with loud music. What this guy in the end of the episode has is called locked in syndrome it's something I've heard of before. Truly terrifying being a prisoner in your own body. What I get the impression they were doing was trying to make this guy out to be the PG version of Freddy Krueger. Basically a dream demon. Nightmare Demon whatever term you want to use.

@@JessicaRodriguez-gi2cl There's been a handful of characters over the years that were clearly their attempt to how close can we go to get away with copying something. I've noticed a few of them in the different cartoons and series. Mark Hamill played a character that originally wasn't Canon called the Trickster because they couldn't get the rights to the Joker lol. They ended up making him Cannon and the Flash Animated Series where he's in an episode as a senile old man that the flash takes back to an old age home and Mark Hamill returned as the voice of the character. The Flash explaining he's totally harmless and that he has dementia once in a while he gets loose from the home and puts the costume on. Another character was the gangster prankster that was a borderline racist rip off of Joker the show was a DC property but they couldn't afford the rice for the Joker and other Rogues gallery from Batman if memory serves me the series was called black scorpion and black scorpion last I remember is a DC property or it might have been virgin pray that had the gangster prankster. Birds of Prey was a live-action series that was Batgirl Black Canary Harley Quinn and I forget the other one that was in birds of pray. Hurley was one of the villains in the show there's been a lot of characters that were picked as work around for stuff they couldn't get the copyright for.
