I personally In my opinion find bendis run on Superman has been really disappointing and really awful because he separated Clark and Lois and Jonathan Samuel Kent superboy for no damn reason just for bullshit not to mentioned age up my favorite character Jonathan Samuel Kent superboy for bullshit and it still makes no sense to me why did he age him up in the first place if we already have Conner Kent superboy alive and kicking who’s a teenager not Jon kent superboy who could’ve remained his little 10 year old self but that’s just my opinion.

I think bendis comes up with good concepts but his execution needs work. I see what he's trying to do; deconstruct a character. And even though I liked the rebirth superman stories was all for it because deconstuction is interesting especially with boyscout characters like superman, captain america, and shazam but this felt a little forced.

My problem I have is these writers that come over from Marvel,they aren't true DC writers/fans, so they aren't writing with us who are DC fans in mind. They write for their own interests in mind. I personally will read anything superman but am disappointed with how far DC has allowed these writers to destroy what we love about about our favorite characters.

Ok Please follow me on this: The New 52 Superman died of Kryptonite poisoning and the traditional Superman, Lois and Jonathan took his place from another dimension. In Bendis’ story, Joel, the New 52’s Superman father arrives. Clark and Lois just hand their 10-year-old son to a total stranger. HELLO? Jonathan is captured, placed in a volcano and abused for five years by yet another dimenson’s Superman. Jonathan’s face has a scar- how did this get there? What, there is no payback? Ultraman isn’t brought to justice?

I thought that it was a decent Comic story. I really liked the 5 year jump at the end of the story. Superman's son being 16 years old now and what could of happened In the last 5 years should be interesting. Keep it going!! P.S. We all notice how this has the same time jump as Avengers Endgame. :-/

Reading the different dimensions of Superman’s psychology is always fun. He is in no way easy to understand. Superman always hold’s back strength and intelligence. He empowers other superhero’s, and Villains to be their best even Batman. He is the true definition of hope. He can study any art he wants and master it ; he does and doesn’t speak on it. Back at fortress of Solitude his zoo displays a collection of exotic species that only a scientist could comprehend( what is he doing with them ?) He only fears himself and letting everyone in DCU down. The purest of hero. I want to see a real unbound and free Superman with absolutely no regrets and display a real strategy against his enemies. Boy , The Marvel Universe would her the boom from the DCU side if that ever happens. Lol Why are writers afraid to show his full all out abilities? Make him a God and see them have try to fight fight Superman, even Perpetua and all the elements of time and the vacuums of before.

It still doesn’t fully sit well with me what Bendis did to Jon Kent. You take a fresh and new character that is just full of potential for great stories for years to come....and for some reason you skip over the process of watching Jon grow up (like we do with the Robins) and also skip Superman getting to raise his son? They added an exciting new dimension to Superman’s character (something he desperately needs at times) by making him a father, and now the opportunities to see that parenting are gone. Not to mention it puts a wrench in Jon and Damian’s dynamic. Now they’re just gonna throw the character out into the 31st century with the Legion of Superheroes? It’s just cheap and careless writing with longterm consequences for the character.

I loved how Zod came back and literally just jumps into the fight. And there's also the thing when Superman is pulled back. He needs to go back. But he doesn't have a justification he can put into words that others will believe in. He has seen Zod act like a hero, and he needs to go assist. But superman grappling with the thoughts of murder? That's waay out of character. It better be addressed and cleared up.

This just wasn't just a good story it was a great story and will only get better.. I know there is supposed to be a D.C./Marvel rivalry going on. and their is a time for the foolishness to stop. I know that Michael Bendis Jr has mostly written and been associated with M.C. and is sort of a legacy their with his father Michael Bendis Sr . Superman stories have been at times ludacris but if you can give Bendis Jr a little bit of trust and he will bring Super Man's stories up to the modern age for those of you who are a fan of Super Man know this is true let Michael Bendis Jr work his magic and see in the Comic book community Super Man gets respect back on his name.

Maybe your narration can add something to what is the worst run Superman has had this decade. It starts off bad in Man of Steel and just keeps getting worse with a laughably bad ending to the Unity Saga in this week’s #15. bendis is ill-suited to writing Superman and should be replaced with someone who can actually write him properly.

Let me start off with the art in this series being very very good. I'm not a big fan of the manga styles of art nor the very cartoony styles. As for the story, I dunno. Bendis is strange in that he hits it out of the ballpark or flushes it down the toilet. Right now, even though he is taking a lot of criticism, I'm content to let it play out. So far the story is pretty good and definitely building toward something. I'm willing to wait and see just what that is.

That’s was just awful, I enjoyed the growth of Superman as a husband and father it made him more stronger and dangerous in Tomasi’s run I’ve never seen Superman fight Doomsday at that level it was good to see him in that rear form. I respect Bendis and all he’s done for marvel but he never considered that there was nothing wrong with the direction Superman was going in, he just separated a family and did what he wanted what he thought was best and that’s where I disagree with him cause I believe with his writing talents he could have done great with what was already there.

Bendis did a spectacular job of ruining Superman in less than 5 months. Hell, it took over a year for King to ruin Batman.
