Why am I so much obsessed with Synderverse and Henry Cavil Superman??? Because he's best representation of a human being I can relate to. He's vulnerable and doubtful of every step he's taking , yet he's humane and strong. He questions moral values before everything , controls his every actions. He isn't bound to saving anyone , he does it because he wants to. He feels complete and strong doing so. I was alienated my entire life as him , so I understand how unfair loneliness it feels to be. But when I stand up for others , I find purpose of my life. So thank you Zack Snyder and Henry Cavill for everything , I need this Superman for my existence.

Best Superhero movie, second best movie, this movie restored my faith in humanity, the first two movies I saw this year were complete garbage, the Tom and Jerry movie had almost no redeeming qualities except the Tom and Jerry fight scenes (sometimes but other times they were bad) and Ken Jeong because he is always a win but that is also the only win for that movie, The Spongebob movie was some of the worst trash I've ever seen, it was mediocer at first but obviously Keanu Reeves and Snoop Dog elevated it as they elevate the quality of literally anything they are in, but that wasn't enough to save it because they weren't in it for very long, the ending was almost perfect but then they went and ruined it for a gag that would appeal to literally no one except for a few babies if anything, and then Godzilla vs Kong came out, and that movie was a masterpiece, just pure perfection and what I want from an epic moster movie, but it wasn't enough to restore my faith in humanity, there were two other movies that together single handedly restored my faith in humanity, 1. Zack Snyders Justice League, this movie is so perfect, I must've watched it like 15 times since it came out, I watch it like twice a week, it's so perfect and it makes it into the top two greatest movies of all time, it is in the top tier, only two movies make it into that tier, Zack Snyders Justice League and Wall-E, Wall-E is the best movie of all time, but Zack Snyders Justice League might be my favorite, every shot in this movie looks like it was ripped straight from a comic book, and it's just so good but it was only part one to restoring my faith in humanity 2. the Mitchells vs the Machines, this was part two to restoring my faith in humanity, I thought this movie would be awful as the other two kids movies I saw this year were hot garbage, but five minutes in and I knew this was gonna be a memorable experiance, this movie was so good it is my 27th favorite movie of all time, and by the way all the other movies coming out this year look (A Quiet Place Part 2, F9, Black Widow, Space Jam 2, Free Guy, Venom Let There Be Carnage, No Time To Die, Spiderman No Way Home, and so many others) this year just might be the best for movies

I’d take this movie and the two other Snyder films over marvel. Marvel is fine, not trying to start a war here. But Marvel is too basic and simple. DC is not liked as much due to them being misunderstood, these movies are treated like drama’s with overarching stories, most prevalent in its subtle story telling that a lot of people don’t pick up on. These movies are hated because marvel has created an expectation for what superhero films should look and be like. Superhero films can’t be dark and dramatic anymore or a lot of people will backlash. This is the only film that broke the mould and became loved because people fought for it, we saw how bad it can get, allowing us to appreciate what Snyder and Terrio have done. We had a different expectation for this film than the other recent DC films. So this film stands out. It doesn’t help that it is one of the best superhero movies of all time. Next to Batman mask of the phantasm. X men first class. Logan. The incredibles. Christopher reeves superman. Batman returns (personal bias). And into the spider-verse.

I would have to disagree there but I respect your opinion of course. You stated good points, such as: DC being misunderstood and whatnot. But overall, in these days, people are starting to hate on the MCU a lot as they only see the MCU as a "kiddy, cringey joke fest, with huge CGI battles". I'm not saying that the MCU gets as much hate as the DCEU, because the DCEU gets dissed a lot as well, but I feel as both Marvel and DC are both being misunderstood nowadays. Superhero films shouldn't be dark and gritty all the time, which is problem for most of DC's movies, excluding anything related to Batman. But superhero films shouldn't also always be fun and colorful as well, which is also a problem with most of the MCU/Marvel movies. Instead, there should be a consistent blend of both tones. At the same time, both franchises do show both dark and light moments. Whether it be in the MCU or DCEU, which is something I find that people overlook when analyzing these movies. Neither Marvel nor DC are "basic and simple", in my opinion. At the end of the day, I feel as if we should all appreciate what we have and what we got. There's too many wars and rivalries between who is the best, when there is no best. There is no dominator, there is no superior, there is no victor here. They both are really good in their own ways, with some flaws sticking out. These two franchises and companies as a whole shouldn't be compared. Because they're both different in what they stand for. I, for one, am glad we gotten movies like: Man of Steel, ZSJL, Logan, DOFP, First Class, Spider-Man 1 and 2, Blade 1 and 2, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Endgame, Ragnarok, Civil War, Homecoming, Iron Man, GOTG, The Winter Soldier, The Avengers, Black Panther, Infinity War, Shazam!, Aquaman, Wonder Woman. Both franchises, even franchises outside the MCU and DCEU produced really great movies! And with all the new content coming in from both Marvel and DC, it is a good time to be a superhero fan. Let's all cherish that.

@@batavenger1022 great points. But I generally don’t compare but a lot of people do compare them. But marvel generally gets the general favouritism from everyone, while films like BVS are hated on. And I don’t hate marvel either. I like Logan, Spider-Man, days of future past, first class and the deadpool films. The MCU isn’t bad either, the MCU is revolutionary. But people are so used to marvel that if a superhero film doesn’t fit the mould then it is hated on. But it is fine in the end to compare and express your own opinion on why you believe this piece of art is your personal favourite. Everyones own opinion is valid to them.

And as the MCU revolutionized the genre into a way for people to expect a DC film to be like a Marvel/MCU film, that’s not the mentality to follow. A DC film is different from a Marvel film. Black Panther wasn't a popular character before Civil War, then look at him now. People know who Black Panther is. Same with Cyborg. Before the Teen Titans cartoon, Cyborg wasn't popular. Now everybody knows Cyborg & even associated him with "booyah!" catchphrase that wasn't even originated in the comics but in the cartoon series. Val Zod could be the next Black Panther or the next Cyborg in terms of fame, but WB execs seem too dumb to realise it. Instead, they're making a black person as a replacement for a white character a.k.a a "token black guy."

They also have similar scenes from all Avengers movies( slow-mo scene from age of Ultron, I'm Always angry/dressed, flash reversing time/Thanos reversing time, thanos collecting infinity stone/Steppenwolf collecting mother box, Loki as a henchmen of Thanos/ Steppenwolf as henchmen of darkseid, the other/Desaad,etc). And all of cyborg's storyline should have been in his solo movie that should have come before Justice league. WB just Rushed releasing justice league in 2017 so that it came before infinity war
