(If you pay attention to the scene where megamind is on that big screen, you can see metroman pop up behind him. Later we found out that while in that fraction of a second, he is doing a lot of stuff like reading a few books, eating lunch going to the park, going to megamind’s base, and all of this stuff that would take hours. He is going so fast that he would be blowing up the atmosphere, so that means he must also be phasing as he’s going this fast.(like the flash)) Superman is fast, but when he’s looking at flash in that fight scene with the justice league, he’s going fast, but not as fast as Metro man can go. He’s also pretty strong. Titan was infused with his DNA, so that means he is equally as strong as him and has all of his feats(not very trained with them tho) We see titan pick up a huge building with ease, so that means that metro can do the same(probably way more too). Adding all this up, feats are similar, but if Superman didn’t have plot armor, Metro man would probably win because of his speed and similar feats to Superman. If this is the DCEU version then he loses hard to Omniman and probably a tie with Metroman. Mainstream Comic Superman is however a different case - he pummels through everyone here rather easily if he's out for blood (he still manhandles them otherwise), Metroman and HL would be a non factor here, and yes while MM is extremely fast he is still quite slow compared to Superman, the latter has a plethora of operational speed feats that dwarfs the one being exaggerated in the comment section so much so I don't even know where to start... there is just so many.
