A fire will need a heat of 110° to put 2nd degree burn on humans (impressive for saitama his skin 4× stronger than a regular man) the best estimate is, saitama can get burned by 500-700° plasma to get through his skin and giving him the benifit of the doubt, 1000° at maximum if you want to over estimate him. Superman has a heat vision that reaches way hotter than that.

Only part that’s unrealistic is that he killed them all for seemingly no reason. Although honestly he wouldn’t kill any of them he’d probably just ignore them and walk away.
