Taunting mid-match, holding elevator doors for someone, please-and-thank-you interactions with customer service, comment threads on youtube, silly meme chains on social media... it's good that not everything has to be an _eye-to-eye full focus conversation._

arthur churro objectivity still exists despite the cyclical nature of ephebiphobia. Objectively the American Baby Boomers have done more damage to the environment than any other in history. They have done more damage to their own collective self interest than any other in american history. They have taken and taken to the point that even their children's children are suffering the consequences of their unchecked selfishness. Their libertarian ideology has defunded and demonized education. They have been hawkish in their foreign policy resulting in war after war. They have fought against anything that dares threaten their solipsistic way of life. Millions have died to this end and if that sounds like hyperbole or some kind of exaggeration then theres no way you're paying attention

Since nobody will say it... People use their phones way too much. 95% of the time that old man would be correct with his assumption. Also, a "yes sir, you are right" would probably get you out of the conversation sooner. Even if he wasn't, why does it matter? It's not really about who makes a point - it's about respecting an elder and food getting cold.
@runtejor5675 жыл бұрын
Respect is a 2 way street. It doesnt matter what age you are, if you dont respect first you dont deserve it in return. That boomer decided to interupt another person meal cause he felt the need to intrude on another persons life. He had no right. Nobody does. Mind your own business if it does not concern you.
@LeonidThe90sKid5 жыл бұрын
IfritxSlayer the old man could be senile (didn't seem to listen). But even if he was just stubbornly opinionated, an argument like that is "won" by just wrapping it up imo. If you are wronged and can respond with kindness (or at least civility) that's a sign of a well developed human being (again, imo).
