Put shower in cells 4 max Sec - most riots start in shower/yard. Keep your legendary prisoners away from each other as much as possible and when they are together put armed Guards and dogs, (in places like canteen, yard, common room)

Along with my suggestion for an infirmary for Max Sec, you may want to consider a Staffroom as your guards and cooks will spend a lot of time traveling back and forth for breaks, thus leaving the area unsecured quite frequently. Cheers!

Just an idea to prevent what happened last episode with the attempted escape by putting remote doors on the entrance to the supermax wing and the door control system in the security room at the top of the max wing.

I think you might want to make space for a staff canteen and staff room on each island as the ferrys take a while or just hire a surplus of staff. You could make space for it by not having a shower block as they can be dangerous and just having showers in the cells.

Why a boat and not a Helicopter to bring in supplies for the Supermax / Deathrow?

Boat dock on the left would probably work best but a helicopter pad might be better as you don't have to worry about the path being obstructed.

If you don't want to use boilers as often, get the electric heater mod. Then you'd only need boilers for showers.

With the amount of prisoners that are actually on the super-max island just let the workers travel the distance from the original ferry boat or use a helicopter so that there is also Emergency services nearby. Also don't forget staff rooms! maybe place showers in cells and use the spot intended for showers for the staff instead.

You could put the showers or solitary on the sides of the yard. I like the idea that prisoners can be laughed at during yard time.

What happened to the idea of a security room to reach the death row island? Appears to be replaced by solitary now? How will prisoners pass through?

I think you should put a dock on the new island, too many moving parts otherwise. An item would have to be shipped to the main island, carried to the ferry, loaded/impasse from the boat and before being scanned, and finally being used.

Maybe flip the back two guard towers around so they face the back. That way they have view over everyone.

I have an idea to change the northern area, instead of having solitary on the bigger island, you should use the smaller island for just solitary.
