I mean the precision required for F1 is considerably greater but rally requires constant correction. But all in all i think it just comes down to how many people wanne be F1 drivers and how few there are the ones that get to the end and drive F1 are the best of the best of the best this is not true in the same way for rally. But rally looks much more impressive
