The recipe states to use a large pot, but you definitely need an extra large pot. I used a stock pot. Also I could not find chipotle peppers so I used an extra Jalapeno and a touch extra chili powder. I like it spicy. It is very yummy. Please post more vegan recipes.

Ok so she's talking about not burning the garlic because it can get bitter and then she deglazes with beer (before adding the tomato) which adds a bitter taste. But...tomatoes are already an acid, perfect for deglaze, no need of any alcohol, much less beer! Me don't understand. This coming from a professional chef and culinary teacher. Nice video! That chili looks good 😍 By the way, the liquid of legumes is called 'aquafaba' and you can actually use it to make merengues and mousses, instead of egg whites. It sounds weird but it works really well!

Love love love these recipes, but I wish there was more consistency with the recipe in the description vs the video. In the video, she mentions 4 carrots for the chili, but it's 2 in the description, 1/4 cup olive oil in the video, but 2tbsp + 3tbsp in the description. It makes it hard to guess which one we should follow!
