Any doubts that Tomac can’t hand with Jett should be completely dispelled by now, this feels like MX prophecy with the way James and Ricky were reminiscing last night in the “Podcast” about how they pushed eachother to their absolute limits, and then we have Eli who was “the guy” when Jett moved up and never really got to defend that throne straight up until Today, pushing eachother all the way to the last lap in Moto 2. This was fantastic racing to watch and definitely had big Sam Boyd stadium vibes, Hope we get more of these two battling this Year it’s just so great to watch, the true Pinnacle of the Sport.

Got to see Tomac as his frist pro race-Hangtown. He won. Really cheered him on, being from Michigan, knowing his dad's success in MTB. It IS a great comeback with his injuries, indeed. What we saw at this race were the bookend career rides, of two incredibly talented riders. But i have been cheering on Jett for 5 years now, so to say I am happy for both, equally, would not be accurate.

Great racing! I just hope we don't get another bike excuse setup issues by Chase, no excuses! Just have to do better mentally! Respect to Tomac, awesome performance! But Jett just awesome! he will only get stronger and better, that's the big issue for the field, no one else can get better, they may reach his current ceiling, but he will only get better, also on new bike for first time in race! imo unless Jett gets injured or cut off, its over in any series! Great ride by Haiden Deegan, that's a statement ride! Also good to see Juju get 2nd. Love these speedway setups! What I don't like, there was no SMX in RC or JS7s day, stop calling them SMX champs, they were MX and SX champs! We don't need fake titles for past legends. Same with World Title it lessens the value of the series!🤘

Haiden is so confident right now in his ability to rundown guys it has to have a big impact on the other riders mentally knowing that there's a real good chance Deegan is coming and coming in a Hurry it's great to watch as a fan so exciting and I agree with Ricky and James, Deegan takes the chances others won't do like quadding the rhythm section which gave him a huge advantage during the moto great stuff, can't wait till Dallas!!

Jett was faster everywhere else. He caught and passed him in a different section. The quad line was saving Eli a tenth of a second and didn't matter once Jett turned it on.

Jett wasn’t pushing it though and was still catching Tomac. Whether Tomac was able to get that quad clean every lap or not, Jett was going to beat him. He just stayed behind to watch Tomacs lines to know exactly what he was going to be doing and then when he was ready, he raised his limit up some and blew by Tomac and then just did enough to keep him behind 1-2 seconds the rest of the race. It’s like y’all have never seen Jett race before

What great racing this track produced, in both classes. Deegan was really impressive and what a nice surprise from Eli. Hope Sexton can find that last 5-10% because he sounds like a really decent dude and is a nice clean racer. Would be awesome to see him be able to hang with Jett a bit more. Just wish there were still dragonbacks or atleast some proper whoops that would be the cherry on top

I hope this series stays this competitive....fan of Tomac 1st and foremost, but Jett is special. Would've been cool to see both in their prime to battle. Maybe that won't matter and old man ET3 can still bring it, today he did. Great racing and poor Chase, if Jett or even Eli is lining up he struggles mentally to find his speed. We know he has it but it seems to elude him when those dudes show up.

He literally won both the sx and outdoor titles… he’s a champion in 2 different series on a 450… Jett didn’t beat anyone last year, but he still is a champion with an undefeated season. It’s not the champions fault if another top guy gets injured.

Would be nice if we could see any other passes that happen on the track. It was literally watching first and second all night. I get it. They are the most popular riders but def need to do better with highlighting other riders. The pass for the lead happened in the last 5 laps. We watched Jett and tomac the whole race. Maybe it’s just me but seemed a bit biased tonight… It’s a huge fan base that didn’t get to see their riders if they watch the coverage.

I don’t know how bad Jett’s thumb really was. Bad enough it kept him from winning the Motocross championship but I am not convinced it was as bad as Webb or Tomac. Tomacs was Nasty and there were many stitch’s I believe Jett’s should have been able to ride and at top form he was not out long enough to effect much
