So great that supernanny highlighted that so many kids are being misdiagnosed with ADHD when actually it’s that they weren’t taught boundaries, self soothing, how to occupy themselves etc when young. This just dilutes the needs of kids who really do have ADHD.

I can understand where this little girl is coming from I think we all feel like that sometimes. Whether it's our brothers, sisters or our inlaws we all feel like that occasionally...especially if that person makes us unable to do things we enjoy or take something that belongs to us

I have three children; when my daughter was born, I had three under 5. It was hard, but we got through it. We could go to shops, eat out, travel, do anything almost because we did those things often. My children learned very young that there are ways to behave in public and we praised their achievements and even other people around us did too. I lost count of the times when strangers complimented our children’s behaviour. All you need is routine and consistency

Poor little girl. Why is it always clueless people - as have seen before on this show - who have more than the average 2 kids. Same as people on the "It's me or the dog" type show who have lots of dogs they can't quality. More doesn't mean better.

@@PS-bs8oe In some cases it is but not in every case. Hoarding can be down to OCD but some people see having children/pets as like some status symbol or think it makes them better somehow. Not necessarily has to be this couple, but like I was saying seen it before on this show and where one woman had the ambition of having 12 childen. She couldn't take care of the ones she already had and as usual was the older kids doing the childrearing.

I was the eldest of 6 kids about 2,5 years between us, we were not dysfunctional. We all grew up well. My kids were commented on how well behaved they were. My grandkids have the same comments about them.
