This is one of my favorite season 8 episodes. It was a lot of fun. Sam and Dean in costumes is always a bonus. Loved that the boys were able to have some fun after so much angst they've endured since Dean's return from purgatory.

Charlie and Dean were so cute together! Whenever Dean geeks out about anything he is always a gem and I loved how he got so into LARPing. Plus he and Charlie work so well off each other (and they have the same taste in porn) with jokes and interest. It's almost like they've known each other for years. And of course, Charlie is great on her own

I love episodes like this where the plot is just pure fun! This episode is especially good because the brothers are having fun and put all that hostility behind them. While I still didn't like how last episode went down with Benny I still enjoyed this, because the first half of the season had this mean spirted vibe which makes this one all the more uplifting

The one thing I hated in this episode was when Dean recapped things to Charlie. You can tell he didn't bring up anything about Benny or what Sam had done wrong. Also it annoys me that Dean doesn't know the reason Sam & Ameila broke up the first time, that being Sam's choice. Though honestly it's a minor thing and the good far out wayed it. It was also nice seeing Sam have fun since he's been so boring and brooding this whole first half.

if memory serves tehy DIDNT break up, Sam came when dean called but in the flashback they dont say how long between don coming back, and Sam coming to deans aid after purgatory, mmy thought was that Amelia had decided to be with Sam, not Don, until he inexplicably left to go to Dean

@@Guardian582 Umm what are you talking about? I'm talking about the first break up before Dean got back. Amelia was supposed to choose between Don or Sam, but Sam made her discission for her by leaving. We see him leave her at the start of the season and go to the cabin where he unexpectedly ran into Dean.

@@patrickmcguire7896 its only in flashbacks we see don HOWEVER the result of that decision was that she chose Sam, NOT Don, and after he left to be with Dean is when she 'chose' Don, if dean hadnt come back and phoned him, Sam and Amelia would still be together....doesnt help Sam is a wishy-washy bastard who always decides to abandon his duty when dean or someone else isnt there to hold his feet to the fire(so to speak)
