Ezekiel was killed in the fall. Cass told Dean that on the phone a while ago. I love the Mark of Cain & Metatron storylines! Great episode! Side note.. Abaddon has beautiful hair!

The Mark is bringing out Dean's worst traits. In this case he didn't tell Sam about the trap not to protect him but because he was confident in his own skills.
