Do you superglide legit or use configs? If you do legit, what’s your method?

I don't use config, if your keyboard has key sensitivity adjustment you can adjust the jump key to be more sensitive in relation to the crouch key, this helps a little, so you press both keys with the same finger, for example : C key for crouch HOLD and space for jump, then with the Thumb finger you press everything, remember that it has to be crouch HOLD and not crouch toggle
