Are used to fly a phantom with a beef up kit on it and a Rotax 503. I never went a damn place in it but a logged over 1000 hours playing just like you. You obviously have more horsepower because I couldn’t do the prop hangs that you do but I used to love slipping it sideways down the runway first one wheel than the other. I took it over 10,000 feet a couple times. I really love to find a hole in the clouds and spin down through them. That was absolutely the most fun I ever had. You really take me back to my younger days. It’s good to see somebody ring one out like it supposed to be done. Really enjoyed the video

i am an ultralight pilot and would like to know if your phantom has the thick wires, the size of engine used and your weight. I am 200 pounds and in all honesty do not have the confidence of the flying wires.

Just how much horsepower does he have? As the old man would say, "you can fly the empire state building if you have enough power!" That Phantom is rated for what he is doing.
@kugoo12319 жыл бұрын
im pretty sure thats just a rotax 670 with a b maybe c gearbox and jetski carbs for invert fuel however I did these same aerobatics in my phantom and it is bassicaly stock

@@ErnieByars said hell nah. What motor was in this bird? Everyone asking but you kept it close to the vest. I’m restoring one now. This vid inspired me to buy about $8k worth of stuff so far. I have a Kawi 440 and a 447 UL now. I hope I ain’t gotta buy another

@extremeultralightaviation5 жыл бұрын
Which ever you start on, you will find the other harder. They are completely different. Push forward to go down in an ultralight, push forward to go up in a trike.
