these videos are so motivational, especially for beginner artists. it shows that very talented artists such as yourself didn't start out especially skilled. it's all about experience and learning from your mistakes. this is something i feel like a lot of people lose sight of sometimes. your personality also makes videos like these so much more enjoyable!! if youre stuck on videos ideas, or in an art block, maybe you can use your suffering for content and go through your art block with your viewers.
@arose927953 жыл бұрын
Something I have seen several times now is many artists saying that being naturally talented is a very rare thing. Most, if not all, artists start out pretty badly and have to build skills through practice and experience. The ones who are "naturally talented" probably studied art in some way, usually by intense observation, before ever really drawing. For me personally, my profile pic is a drawing I made about 3 years ago. My first drawings... all of my people were just heads. Heads with arms and legs. Egg heads too. I literally didn't realize people have bodies.

Still, I considered it a sketchbook. I did (and still do) this thing where I draw the same thing after a while. My first, second, and (maybe) third were in there. Buut.... It was thrown away, like alot of my other books and stuff. She always throws away stuff without even asking or telling. Honestly I'm really jealous of people with great parents, but I'm happy that they do (depending on the people lol)

I have a folder full of drawings from when I was in nursery/preschool/kindergarten. My grandmother had kept it for many years and when I moved away from home I got the folder. The folder contains drawing from me aged 2 to 5,5 years old. The earliest drawing is from 1993 and the “newest” from 1997. It’s really fun to see my drawing developments over the years. From just a bunch of circle motions lines and head-people (it’s a head with legs, no body) to a quite good drawn self portrait for a 5 year old. 😄
