Australia has it's own crayola-like brand called Micador. They make art supplies for school kids, and the quality is much higher than crayola.

Hey! When I was a kid in the 70's there were plastic crayons. I think they were called Plasticolour or something like that. Yours were better, back in the 70's from what I remember they weren't very pigmented and kinda crap. The benefit was they didn't break like Crayola.

I definitely remember having gold, silver, and copper maybe metallic crayola crayons. Probably in the late 80's or early 90's. I know one tin of crayons I had was some kind of commemorative crayola tin.

I got those czech pencils years ago as a present and I still have them! my favorite has always been the one with the neon colors cause the colors are fluorescent and even glow under black light!! I reconized them in the thumbnail right away

Is it just me or is it that when I was a kid and I was coloring I got really confused when I was coloring and I was using the blue crayon which I thought it was blue but it turns out that it’s a very different kind of blue like Crayola you need to stop making blues. I’m getting too confused.😰

I got those multi colored pencils so long ago it seems but I love them

A popular thing about Bambino crayons when I was a kid was to use pencil sharpener on them (or use them normally) and then smear them just like dry pastels. :D And the colorful Koh-I-Noors are amazing too, there's also a variant of Magic pencils that comes with a blender and color combinations that are a bit more workable in regular art.
