It's still your fault if you die at any point in the game. If you don't want it to be your fault, get to a level where you can die without moving. Actually it's still your fault cause you launched the level.

MrNexis Technically, it's YOUR fault if you make any mistake (no matter how little it was) or if you don't react quickly, but when you don't know what you're gonna find on a level or if you are fighting against a new threat you had never fought before and its almost impossible to predict its "behavior", then you can't blame the player, and, of course, there ARE some levels that are made to make you tired of trying them OVER and OVER, therefore dying and maybe even rage-quitting :P *(Pardon my bad English if there's any mistake)* ^^
