For me its hard to watch or I get angry with some of the skinny ones that dont eat (I saw one throwing the food) because Im underweight and I wish I could eat like that even the healthy food but because I have a autoimmune disease that affects the muscles (in my case it affects the muscles that work in chewing mechanism and most important the ones that work when you swallow) and makes it harder for me to even drink water sometimes or even swallow my own saliva so I get mad when people are picky about food or dont take care of themselves, I get mad a my mom and sister bc they have diabetes type 2 (my sister developed a heart problem bc of the diabetes bc she doesnt do what the dr says) and eat what they shouldnt and drink when they could get healthier just by changing their eating habits and Im here where there is nothing I could do to eat like a normal person and have a normal weight or be healthy, I could get a treatment but is expensive af and there is no guarantee that I would get better besides it has side effects that are dangerous

Eat slowly to know when to stop 5. Eat with small dark plates/bowls to look like your eating more than you are Know that when you binge eat, don't freak out, it's the calories of the whole week that count. Don't punish yourself, get back to your normal diet and exercise plan. Also, know the signs of ED, they can really sneak up on you

The bottom is so important! I lost 3 pounds my first week dieting. By the second I had cravings because I was eating too little. I upped my calories to be anywhere between 1000 and 1400 for weight loss. I suprisingly maintained the 3 pounds off even though I went rogue week 2 and ate whatever and whenever I wanted. Now I'm starting it again to lose some more but am making sure that I don't feel too hungry. The binge/restrict cycle is not fun, it's so much better to lose weight healthily. I can still enjoy whatever foods I want in moderation.

Instead of big bag of crisps, you can buy fun sized ones. Recently my mom found 8-pack bundle of fun sized Cheetos (one pack is 13 grams) at Dealz (this shop is pretty popular in Poland). Instead of eating big bag of gummy bears (Haribo), we eat the smaller ones. We buy big bag of fun sized Haribo gummies and we can get only one a day, usually we get them as a treat to school/work.

I would up your caloric intake by 200/300 and see if you feel better in a week or two. If you are eating under 1200 I would bump it further up to 1400/1500. 1400 is a pretty common bmr. If you exercise you should bump it to 1700. (This is all assuming that you are undereating like the people on the show.
